Pinot Gris

The pronounced diurnal temperature variation of our terroir enhances the aromatic expression and persistence of this wine, giving it vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity on the palate.
After an initial cold maceration, Pinot Gris is first vinified in stainless steel and then aged for about one year in used French oak tonneaux. On the nose, it offers notes of pear and white flowers.
