Chambave Muscat

A dry Muscat Blanc with a crystalline straw-yellow hue, Chambave Muscat is vinified entirely in amphora, undergoing partial skin-contact maceration for around six months. On the nose, it reveals intense aromatics, ranging from sage to elderflower.

Bright, pale straw yellow

Nose

Distinctly aromatic, with fresh and enveloping notes of sage, elderflower, and white peach.

Palate

Dry, fresh, and aromatic, with nuances of sage and elderflower. Pleasant sapidity, medium persistence, and a soft, well-balanced aromatic profile.

Food Pairings

Perfect with appetizers, risottos, fish dishes, and white meats. Also pairs very well with fresh to semi-aged cheeses, as well as with ethnic or highly aromatic cuisines that highlight its freshness and aromatic expression.
