Chardonnay 770

Chardonnay is an international grape variety that finds a distinctive expression in the terroir of the Aosta Valley. Following a cold prefermentative skin maceration, Chardonnay 770 undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is entirely vinified in French oak barriques. On the nose, it reveals notes of broom, pineapple, and hazelnut, while maintaining minerality and freshness on the palate.

Bright, pale straw yellow

Nose

A refined and elegant bouquet, where aromas of broom, lemon curd, and candied orange peel intertwine, enriched by a delicate toasted hazelnut note that adds depth and complexity.

Palate

Dry, fresh, and savory on the palate, supported by a pleasant minerality. The finish is long and harmonious, expressing a perfect balance between tension and softness.
