Sopraquota 900

A pale straw-yellow white wine, Sopraquota 900 is fine and floral, with pleasant notes of grapefruit.
Produced in Villeneuve, Aosta Valley, at over 900 meters above sea level, it is hand-harvested in October. The wine is then divided into four separate lots, with each portion aged in a different vessel: amphora, Tuscan orcio, barrique, and stainless steel. Perfectly balanced between flavor and minerality.
