Pinot Noir 850
Vinifying Pinot Noir as a red wine is never simple, given its delicate nature. However, the unique terroir of the Aosta Valley, combined with aging in French oak barriques, lends it remarkable body and elegance. After an initial fermentation in French oak vats, the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barriques.

Cornalin
A dry red wine with delicate tannins, Cornalin offers aromas of plum and cherry with subtle spicy undertones. It is grown on soils formed by ancient glacial deposits. Harvested in early October, it ferments in stainless steel and undergoes warm post-fermentation maceration before aging in large oak vats.
Trasor
Obtained from a blend of Aosta Valley grapes grown on stony, silty soils, Trasor is a smooth and well-balanced wine, elegant on the palate, with red fruit aromas and a subtly spicy finish.
